Look out, this may be the cutest puppy I have ever seen. If you listen his paws just thump when he walks. He is the funniest pup I have met so far at the shelter. And here is the best part. . .

There is no adoption fee required for the Smith County Animal Control dogs. However, it is required that no later than 30 days after adoption/rescue that the dog is spayed/neutered and is administered a rabies vaccination. We require proof of these procedures. If there are medical reasons as to why the dog cannot be sterilized, we require a signed notice from your veterinarian of these reasons.
